The role
- Strategic HR Business
Partnering: Act as a trusted HR advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance on people matters, HR policies, employment law, and best practice across the site.
- Employee Relations & Change
Management: Support the resolution of employee relations and union matters while contributing to organisational change initiatives and business transformation projects.
- Leadership Coaching & Capability Building: Coach and develop managers on performance management, employee development, succession planning, and effective people leadership.
- Culture, Engagement & People Strategy: Drive employee engagement and champion a high-performance, values-led culture that supports business objectives and workforce planning.
- Stakeholder Management & HR Projects: Build strong relationships across the business, use people data and insights to influence decisions, and deliver HR projects aligned to strategic and operational goals.
Ideal candidate
- Operating in an established HR role already, ideally within FMCG or similar industries
- CIPD Level 5 is advantageous, but not essential
- Strong HR generalist knowledge
- Business partner experience
- Organised and capable of balancing numerous projects
- Proactive and data driven professional
- Up to date with HR policies and requirements
