The Client: Well-established FMCG manufacturer based in Northamptonshire. Fast-paced, high-volume production environment. Strong focus on efficiency, quality, and continuous improvement. The role: Head of HR / Senior HR Manager position within a manufacturing setting. 3–4 days per week on-site in Northamptonshire. Ownership of labour planning and workforce coverage. Lead recruitment and retention strategies. Optimise shift patterns and workforce structure. Drive training and development initiatives across the site. Oversee performance management processes. Manage HR administration (payroll coordination, appraisals, goal setting). Play a key role in developing and embedding culture.

Requirements: Proven experience in a senior HR role within FMCG, manufacturing, or similar. Strong expertise in workforce planning and employee relations. Ability to operate both strategically and in a hands-on capacity. Track record of improving retention and driving performance. Experience supporting and influencing leadership teams. Highly organised, pragmatic, and confident in a fast-moving environment.

Benefits & Details: Up to £75k DOE. Accessible to Northamptonshire site 3-4 days a week.
