The Role:
- 12-month FTC NAM role managing a major UK grocery account (Tesco) within a high-performing customer team.
- Ownership of a large P&L, driving revenue and profitability across a strategically critical customer.
- Lead JBPs, promotional strategy, pricing, and negotiations to deliver measurable commercial impact.
- Opportunity to challenge, influence and accelerate performance in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full account ownership including forecasting, budgeting, and delivery of account plans.
- Build and maintain strong senior buyer relationships through insight-led selling.
- Identify and unlock opportunities across distribution, rate of sale, and profitability.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Category, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver growth.
- Manage all commercial levers including pricing, promotions, and trade investment.
Ideal Candidate:
- Immediately available.
- Proven experience managing major UK grocery accounts within branded FMCG.
- Strong commercial operator with experience of large, complex P&L ownership.
- Confident negotiator with deep understanding of pricing, promotions, and retailer dynamics.
- Analytical, insight-driven, and able to influence both internally and externally.
- Agile, resilient, and comfortable operating in a high-expectation, high-growth environment.
Package & Additional Info:
- Up to c.£60k + £6k car allowance + 10% bonus.
