The role: A varied, fast‑paced Corporate Office Assistant position supporting senior commercial leaders and the wider office team. Provide top‑level administrative, diary, and travel support to ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations. Act as the front of house, greeting visitors, coordinating logistics, and maintaining a professional, welcoming office environment. Liaise with suppliers, IT, and facilities to support office projects, onboarding, and team events. Play a key role in planning and delivering company social events and internal communications. Highly organised, proactive, and positive – thrives in a busy, people‑focused environment.

Previous experience in administration, office coordination, or PA support (internship, temp, or full‑time). Confident communicator with strong attention to detail and a can‑do mindset. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and supporting IT or systems queries. Professional, well‑presented, and reliable – someone who takes pride in being the “go‑to” person for the team.
