They supply both branded and private label products, establishing a strong foothold in the UK market.
The UK is a primary focus for expansion, offering a unique opportunity to establish a formidable brand presence. As a Commercial Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for crafting the UK marketing function – shaping and executing the UK Marketing strategy, aligned with business objectives.
- Will be tasked with driving brand growth across retail, convenience and impulse.
- Will lead category and insight activity, so the successful individual will be confident utilising Nielsen, Kantar and Circana data.
- Will harness market intelligence to identify growth opportunities and drive strategic decision-making.
- Will deliver trade marketing plans and retailer sell-in stories, strengthening customer and retailer partnerships.
- Will drive digital strategies and own the UK digital ecosystem (including e-commerce and social).
- A highly collaborative role, working with the UK sales and International Marketing teams.
- Finally, will track trends, competitor analysis and commercial performance.
The Commercial Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in propelling the UK business to new heights.
- Will have experience within a Branded & Private Label Food or Drink supplier.
- Ideally has worked within a challenger brand environment (SME) and has an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Broad core marketing skills obtained across Customer, Trade & Brand Marketing roles.
- You will excel at both strategic thinking and execution.
- The business has a lean UK Marketing function so you will need to be comfortable to roll up your sleeves whilst also communicating to senior level stakeholders.
