Commercial Manager – Flavour Ingredients

Location: Home based with travel to South East office

C£80-100k DOE + highly attractive Bonus + Package

The business:

  • As a key part of their continued growth, they are now seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager with a specialism in Flavour Ingredients.

In the role you should expect to:

  • Be at the forefront of the company’s 5-year growth strategy by maximising the opportunities identified in the Flavour Ingredients sector through leveraging their own customer relationships
  • Report to the Director of Sales, you’ll run your business unit like it’s your own with full P&L accountable for current and new business targets – with an emphasis very much on the latter
  • The Commercial Manager’s passion for what they do coupled with their strategic vision, will be a driving force behind the company’s propulsion into the next chapter of its 50-year history by becoming the leading independent supplier of food & beverage ingredients in their chosen markets

The business is looking for a Commercial Manager that has:

  • Real expertise in the Flavour Ingredients sector. You’ll be entrepreneurial and keen to realise the value of your expertise and network
  • A strong reputation for honesty & integrity built up over a c5-10 year period of sustained success in the Flavour Ingredients sector
  • A natural passion & motivation for building new and maintaining close relationships with key customers in the Flavour Ingredients sector
  • Excellent demonstratable new business generation, account management, negotiation, communication & interpersonal skills.
