The Opportunity
- Responsible for defining what “best-in-class” distributor performance looks like and enabling markets to achieve it.
- Design and deploy structured assessment tools to evaluate distributor effectiveness across multiple geographies.
- Use insight from assessments to shape practical, scalable development programmes for both partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with senior international stakeholders to embed consistent standards while respecting local market realities.
- Play a foundational role in building future-state commercial capability from the ground up.
The Candidate Profile
- Extensive FMCG experience within distributor-led or route-to-market driven environments.
- Proven hands-on expertise creating and implementing distributor capability or commercial excellence frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributor economics, commercial levers and performance drivers.
- Highly analytical, able to diagnose complex business challenges and convert insight into clear action plans.
- A credible, influential operator comfortable working across regions, cultures and senior stakeholder groups.
- Passionate about coaching, capability-building and sustainable performance improvement.
Package & Working Model
