OverviewEmployee-owned high growth food business that operate in ambient categories across both Own Label & Branded. They have a unique proposition with strong sustainability credentials, diverse product offering, award-winning innovation and extremely customer centric approach which has led to countless awards from the Grocery Retailers and from trade.
They are now looking to appoint a proven Category & Insights Manager to join them and support their data led approach to retailer management.
Responsibilities
This is a strategic, data and insights led role working within the Category Management and Marketing team. As Category Insights Manager you will work closely with the wider business, providing the team with regular high-quality reports and presentations.
As Category Insights Manager you will support the sales and marketing teams to create engaging presentations for both current and prospective customers and provide recommendations on how customers should develop product categories.
Regular contact with their relevant agencies – experience with the likes of Kantar, IRI, Nielsen will be necessary
Ideal Category & Insights Manager candidate
3+ years FMCG experience in category and insights
Data and insights skills are a must – Kantar, NIQ, Circana, Power BI
Strong stakeholder management skills, and importantly a team player!
You may already be a Category & Insights Manager, or operating at this level
