Sell to major UK retailers across grocery, discount and high street. Culturally it’s a close-knit business, providing autonomy, freedom and trust.
Recruiting for a UK Business Account Manager to look after major UK retail accounts. As Business Account Manager, responsibilities will include:
- Managing relationships across a portfolio of accounts across grocery and discounters.
- Have full P&L, take a category led selling approach and utilise all necessary data.
- Work closely with all other areas of the business including product development and marketing functions.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service is delivered, undertake all critical path management where required.
- Be diligent, analytical and drive growth across your account base.
- Will need to have experience of managing major UK retailers across grocery or discounters at National Account or Senior National Account Manager level.
- Previous FMCG experience in any category and open to moving into a new product area.
- Experience in a manufacturing business would be beneficial but not essential.
- Be comfortable in a product driven business and able to learn all new processes.
- Able to take a category led selling approach and utilise all data.
Great opportunity to be part of an autonomous, stable business with a number of reputable brands. Basic salary up to £70,000 depending on experience, £5000 car allowance, up to 20% bonus and wider benefits. Hybrid role – 3 days per week in West Yorkshire based head office.
