They are seeking innovative and ambitious Assistant Brand Managers to shape the future of their portfolio.
As Assistant Brand Manager, you’ll have a high level of exposure, autonomy and the opportunity to make an impact! This is a unique opportunity to support brands through significant restage while being involved in the full marketing mix. Supporting senior colleagues by providing information to the Marketing Controller. The role requires involvement in consumer and shopper understanding activities, such as competition analysis and store checks.
Performing market analysis to support senior colleagues in defining the actual positioning relative to competitors’ actions. Leads and supports the implementation of advertising strategies received from the Marketing Controller of the assigned category. The role leads and supports material development activities and consumer promotion execution. Additionally, the role supports periodic alignments with the Sales Force and the Trade Marketing team.
Performing sales and consumer KPI’s monitoring and follow-up, from data collection to defining action plans. This role offers the chance to gain broad exposure across marketing disciplines while working within a dynamic, growth-focused environment.
FMCG Marketing Experience: They are looking for someone at ABM level; they are looking for 12-24 months experience, ideally at ABM within a large food company within the FMCG space, ideally with experience in NPD and communications.
Commercial Acumen: A strong understanding of how to support driving brand growth through innovative and strategic initiatives.
