Our client: Fast-paced and ambitious alcohol business, part of a multi-million international group. With a portfolio of brands, this company is focused on driving distribution, visibility and brand activation for a range of premium products.

The role: Own and develop Specialist Retail accounts across London and surrounding areas, driving distribution growth, sales volume growth, brand visibility and customer action, as well as new business acquisition. Manage existing and prospective customers, building strong commercial relationships and delivering ambitious growth targets. Identify opportunities to increase distribution, prospecting with new retail customers and developing strategic account plans, maximising channel performance. Accurately forecast sales volumes and spend, using customer insights to inform commercial decisions. Manage multiple brands, categories and customer priorities simultaneously. Act as a passionate ambassador for the portfolio, delivering customer engagement and activation initiatives to drive awareness. Maintain strong records and activity reporting, planning customer visits effectively to ensure territory coverage.

Ideal candidate: Will have experience within drinks (ideally premium wine or spirits). Will ideally have established relationships across Specialist Retail. However, the business will consider individuals who have On Trade account management experience, as long as they have a real interest in Specialist Retail. Can evidence proven success growing account base and winning new business. Will be passionate about the drinks industry and keeps up to date with trends, new launches and key venues across their region. Will be a self-starter, excited by a challenge and will take initiative.

Benefits & details: £46-50k, plus car allowance and bonus. Accessible across London and surrounding areas.
