We are offering an ongoing, ad-hoc shift role with competitive hourly rates that reflect your experience and dedication.
Pay, shifts and working pattern:
- £14.24/hr for weekdays
- £14.57/hr for weeknights and Saturday during the day
- £14.91/hr for Saturday nights
- £15.13/hr for Sunday days
- Day shifts: 08:00 - 20:00
- Night shifts: 20:00 - 08:00

What you will do:
- Provide high-quality personal care and support to residents within an adult residential service
- Assist with daily activities and tasks, promoting independence and dignity in all aspects of care
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver individualized care plans
- Maintain accurate records and report any changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff
- Ensure a safe and comfortable environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement in the care setting
What you’ll need:
- A minimum of 6 months’ recent UK experience as a Healthcare Assistant or in a similar role
- Eligibility to work in the UK
- Ability to provide two professional references
- Basic life support (BLS) training
- Manual handling training
- SOCA level 3 training
- Compliance with all necessary checks and documentation
