Location: Morpeth, Northumberland

Pay Rate: Β£20.60 PAYE or Β£26.66 Umbrella per hour

Contract: 4th May 2026 – 1st August 2026

Hours: 37 hours per week (09:00 – 17:00)

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for carrying out fire risk assessments across a range of properties, ensuring compliance with current fire safety legislation and supporting the organisation in maintaining safe environments for residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct fire risk assessments in line with current legislation and best practice
  • Identify hazards and recommend appropriate control measures
  • Produce clear, detailed reports and action plans
  • Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and standards
  • Work closely with internal teams to implement safety improvements
  • Support ongoing monitoring and review of fire safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Fire Risk Assessor
