Location: Ellesmere Port (Onsite/Hybrid)

Pay Rate: £25.15 per hour (PAYE) | £45.00 per hour (Umbrella)

Contract: Temporary (3 months initially)

Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week (09:00 – 17:15)

Seven Resourcing is recruiting for an experienced Senior Surveyor – Commercial Property Manager to support the management of a diverse property portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled property professional to play a key role in maximising asset performance, income generation, and long-term value.

You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial property and land assets, ensuring optimal financial and operational performance. The role focuses on driving rental income, enhancing capital value, and maintaining strong tenant relationships, while ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

  • Manage a portfolio of commercial property assets, ensuring maximum return on investment
  • Lead on key landlord and tenant matters, including lettings, lease renewals, rent reviews, and assignments
  • Negotiate lease terms, surrenders, and variations to optimise asset performance
  • Oversee service charge management and ensure transparency and accuracy
  • Monitor property condition, including dilapidations, defects, and maintenance requirements
  • Advise on asset strategy to support income growth and capital value enhancement
  • Ensure compliance with property legislation, health & safety standards, and best practice
  • Contribute to reporting, performance monitoring, and strategic decision-making

Proven experience in commercial property management or estate management

Strong knowledge of landlord and tenant law and property legislation

Experience handling lease negotiations, rent reviews, and portfolio management

Ability to manage multiple assets and priorities effectively

Strong analytical skills with a focus on maximising asset performance

Degree in Estate Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline
