Seven Resourcing is looking for an experienced and motivated Support Co-ordinator – Level 3 to join a dedicated service in Yeovil. This role focuses on delivering person-centred support to clients, families, or children and young people, helping them achieve independence and lead fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and review tailored support and safety plans.
- Undertake assessments and make decisions on referrals, allocations, and eligibility.
- Provide direct support to higher-risk clients, including engagement with panels such as MARAC, safeguarding, MAPPA, and other multi-agency meetings.
- Coordinate and develop Level 1 and Level 2 Support Workers.
- Induct, guide, and support volunteers, mentors, and hosts.
- Promote independent living through access to community resources, life skills development, and tenancy support.
- Oversee housing management duties, rent collection, void management, and tenancy compliance (where applicable).
- Maintain accurate records in line with policies, safeguarding, and statutory requirements.
Requirements:
- Significant experience in a support or care environment.
- Knowledge of relevant client groups and safeguarding principles.
- Experience in person-centred planning and risk management.
- Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage a caseload, and adapt to changing needs.
