About the Company – Leading International Airlines

Responsibilities-

  • Develop comprehensive international loyalty marketing strategies that align with global sales objectives and loyalty program goals.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to segment international customers effectively and tailor loyalty programs to their specific needs and behaviors.
  • Deliver on member enrolment and engagement targets for the market. Work in collaboration with the head of loyalty marketing to execute campaigns and influence program design to meet the needs of the market.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of loyalty marketing campaigns across multiple channels tailored to international markets.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to loyalty marketing initiatives and leverage insights to refine campaign strategies for continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key external partners, including international distributors, advertising agencies, and regional marketing teams, to ensure cohesive brand messaging and optimized marketing efforts.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including the Sales and Product teams, to ensure that marketing strategies are fully integrated with international business objectives and product launches.
  • Ensure all loyalty marketing activities comply with relevant international regulations Stay updated on industry standards and best practices in loyalty marketing to maintain program integrity and trust among customers.
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of international loyalty marketing activities, focusing on ROI, market penetration, and brand loyalty in targeted regions.
  • Regularly analyze campaign outcomes and market trends to adjust strategies and optimize future marketing efforts.
  • Any other additional responsibility could be assigned to the role holder from time to time as a standalone project or regular work. The same would be suitably represented in the Primary responsibilities and agreed between the incumbent, reporting officer and HR.

Qualifications – Masters/MBA/PGDM/PGP/PG degree, preferably in International Business, Marketing, or a related field.
