Seven Logistics are seeking to appoint a fleet and compliance administrator to join our busy team. Do you have an excellent telephone manner? Do you have the ability to multi-task? Main Duties include but not limited to:

  • Assist and supply support in the daily functions of the fleet and compliance department.
  • Help coordinate the servicing, maintenance and repairs of owned vehicles and trailers.
  • Check daily defects recorded are prioritised, actioned and rectified accordingly.
  • Assist and supply support to the insurance manager in the management of vehicle accidents and vehicle damage, ensuring drivers have completed their incident report and obtained all necessary details required, repair estimates are obtained and repairs are carried out in a timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance of own drivers and agency drivers licence records, ensuring all relevant cards/licences are in date, drivers have the correct entitlements to drive etc.
  • Obtain and keep copies of any new or renewed licences, maintain and update systems where required.
  • Run reports from the licence checking system on driving licences due to expire and liaise with drivers.
  • Add agency drivers to the traffic management system.
  • Complete various documentation and paperwork where required.
  • Liaising with drivers and services providers.

Skills and Attributes Required:

  • Knowledge of vehicle servicing preferred.
  • Knowledge of haulage industry.
  • Good communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise your workload and work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to work using your own initiative and work unsupervised as well as a team.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Excel, Word and email systems.
