About the Programme

Are you looking to kick-start your career in a dynamic, forward-thinking investment management firm? Our 7IM Graduate Programme is a structured three-year development journey designed to build the next generation of specialists, leaders, and enterprise thinkers. You’ll gain real responsibility from day one, while developing the technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills needed to thrive.

Through purposeful 12-month rotations, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of business areas, such as:

Structure of the Programme During Each Placement:

  • Contribute to team projects and deliver against defined objectives
  • Develop a strong understanding of your placement area and its role within the business
  • Take ownership of tasks, analysis, and project work
  • Build strong working relationships across teams
  • Actively seek and apply feedback to support your development

Across the Programme:

  • Develop a holistic understanding of how the organisation operates
  • Participate in structured learning, development sessions, and career activities
  • Get involved in firm-wide initiatives, projects, and events
  • Demonstrate curiosity, initiative, and a proactive approach to learning
