Seven Investment Management is seeking an office-based client service advisor to provide frontline telephone servicing and email support for the 7IM platform clients. You will interact with financial planners and wealth managers, building strong relationships through outstanding service and accurate responses.

Working with the Operations team and Platform Relationship Managers, you will handle queries, manage data in the platform, assist with ISA subscriptions and payments, and continually look to improve service delivery.
