Seven Investment Management is seeking a BAM Team Development Lead to coach and develop the Business Account Managers (BAM) team, driving engagement and results within a collaborative environment. You will mentor peers, support onboarding and help shape a high-performing culture aligned with 7IM values and FCA Consumer Duty principles.

Reporting to the Sales & Development Director, you will run structured 1:1s, monitor activity, and provide regular performance updates while promoting effective practices.
