Want to know what it’s like to work at 7IM? We are holding a one-week work experience opportunity from 14 July 2025 - 18 July 2025, to give students an insight into values, culture and careers at 7IM. The week aims to help develop your understanding of working within a professional environment in the Investment Management industry. This opportunity aims to allow students to broaden their knowledge around the industry to inspire future career paths and enhance professional development.
Structure of Programme
- Attend classroom-based sessions to gain an insight into different departments within the business and how they collaborate to make our business succeed;
- Hear first-hand from individuals within the business about how they started out in the industry and what they have done to progress in their careers;
- Spend time with teams you are interested in, gaining first-hand experience of the work specific roles undertaken, with the opportunity to rotate around 3/4 departments of your choice;
- Work together with other work experience peers to prepare and deliver a presentation to team members within 7IM;
- Network and make connections with key individuals in the business.
Entry Requirements
This work experience programme is aimed at University students who have completed 1st Year and onwards.
