Build a career in Wealth Management. Amicus is hiring ambitious graduates to join our Adviser Academy Programme, a structured pathway designed to develop future Wealth Advisers. You’ll gain hands‑on commercial experience, complete industry qualifications, and learn how to build long‑term client relationships in a high‑performance advice environment. This role is suited to people who enjoy targets, learning quickly, and being coached, while holding themselves to high professional standards.

What you’ll learn to do:

  • Prospect and build relationships, speak with prospective clients (outbound calls and other approved channels) to introduce our services and book meetings.
  • Develop client and commercial skills, learn how to qualify leads, handle objections, and build long‑term pipelines.
  • Support the advice process, observe and learn financial planning fundamentals, including fact finding and client documentation (under supervision).
  • Build technical knowledge, progress through FCA‑recognised qualifications with structured study support.
  • Work in a high‑performance team, contribute to team goals, take feedback well, and improve continuously.
