You’ll gain hands‑on commercial experience, complete industry qualifications, and learn how to build long‑term client relationships in a high‑performance advice environment. What you’ll learn to do:
- Prospect and build relationships, speak with prospective clients (outbound calls and other approved channels) to introduce our services and book meetings.
- Develop client and commercial skills, learn how to qualify leads, handle objections, and build long‑term pipelines.
- Support the advice process, observe and learn financial planning fundamentals, including fact finding and client documentation (under supervision).
- Build technical knowledge, progress through FCA‑recognised qualifications with structured study support.
- Work in a high‑performance team, contribute to team goals, take feedback well, and improve continuously.
