- Drive the iterative development of the Data Platform’s layered architecture, refining data from raw ingestion through curated and semantic layers, ensuring each step increases business value and trust.
- Drive continuous simplification, turning complicated architecture and governance patterns into accessible, reusable capabilities for Squads and Business teams.
- Champion a culture of experimentation, continuous improvement, and learning; leveraging cloud and data innovations to solve business challenges.
- Support the adoption of advanced analytics, AI/ML, and self‑service data capabilities for internal and external users.
- Ensure all data used for AI and advanced analytics is certified, lineage‑traced, and bias‑checked; support implementation of the Green/Amber/Red AI approval model.
