Prime responsibilities will include assisting our 7iM Dealers with execution related administration on behalf of the 7IM Funds, Platform & Advisor.
Responsibilities
Deal Administration
- Meet the daily trade reporting obligations and requirements of the IM and JO books.
- Assist our internal front office teams with query resolution, providing an unrivalled service.
- Managing exceptions within the conversion lifecycle.
- Produce Management Information as specified by the business (weekly & monthly statistics).
- Ensure appropriate controls are in place and adhered to regarding the full Dealing life cycle.
- FX trade support.
- Assistance with outsourced UTM dealing exceptions.
Self Invest
- Understanding and cover when required for Self Invest.
- Inputting of manual trades requests that fall out of our Platform functionality.
Relationship & Support
- Liaise with the Platform Team, Operations and other internal departments ensuring procedures and controls are adhered to at all times.
- Liaise with Third Party Fund Managers, Brokers & Counterparties.
- Liaise with 7IM Settlement Agents/Custodians.
- Operational representation on projects which impact on the department.
Other
- Treat clients (internal and external) and colleagues fairly and adhere to the 7IM missions and tenets.
- Build good and lasting relationships with clients (internal and external) and understand their motivations to provide suitable solutions that meet their needs.
- Provide clear and relevant updates to clients (internal and external) and to colleagues to build client confidence.
- Act promptly and professionally to resolve client (internal and external) and colleague enquiries or concerns.
- Keep abreast of market developments especially with regards to dealing/settlement.
- Other, as reasonably requested by line manager and 7IM.
