Our 7IM Graduate Programme is a structured three‑year development journey designed to build the next generation of specialists, leaders, and enterprise thinkers. You’ll gain real responsibility from day one, while developing the technical, commercial, and interpersonal skills needed to thrive. Through purposeful 12‑month rotations, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of business areas, such as:

Structure of the Programme
During Each Placement:
- Contribute to team projects and deliver against defined objectives

Across the Programme:
- Develop a holistic understanding of how the organisation operates
