This leadership role involves shaping HR systems, culture, and strategies within a growing logistics and transportation company. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement HR processes, policies, and procedures. Define organizational structure and refine job roles. Develop SOPs and training materials. Manage performance reviews and development planning. Streamline payroll and labor compliance processes. Coach leaders in people management. Support HR administration and internal events. Foster a positive internal culture. Lead onboarding and employee lifecycle planning. Ensure legal and internal compliance. Qualifications: 5+ years in HR, preferably in management or senior generalist roles. Experience in building HR programs in growing environments. Knowledge of relevant labor laws. Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and training. Self-motivated and proactive. Experience with HRIS and payroll systems. Post-secondary education in HR or related field. CHRP designation preferred; working towards certification considered. Fluency in English and Punjabi preferred. Compensation: $85,000 – $100,000 annually Benefits include: Company events, dental and vision care, extended health, on-site parking, paid time off.
