Seven Hills School is looking for a full-time Class Teacher to cover maternity leave.
Responsibilities
- Work as a class tutor for pupils with complex physical and learning needs.
- Provide rich and challenging learning experiences across the curriculum.
- Establish excellent relationships with students and deliver a wide range of subjects to pupils with very low level learning.
- Support pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities, including those with communication, behaviour, sensory, physical and/or medical disabilities.
- Potentially deliver specialist subject teaching across the school; specify areas of strength in your application.
- Collaborate with the experienced team of teaching and support staff and specialist colleagues.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience and qualifications within SEND preferred.
- Enthusiastic, committed and skilled professional with a willingness to learn.
- Early Career Stage teachers welcomed; programme of support and development available.
- Up-to-date Team Teach qualification or willingness to train for this essential qualification.
