What you will do

• Procurement Support: Obtain quotations, analyse pricing, and process purchase orders in line with procurement regulations.
• Equipment Management: Arrange hire and purchase of materials and equipment, ensuring compliance with legislation.
• Surveying Duties: Assist with site inspections, measurements, and preparation of estimates and work schedules.
• Contract Management: Support tendering processes, evaluate submissions, and monitor contractor performance.
• Financial Administration: Process invoices, manage project allocations, and contribute to financial reporting.
• Operational Coordination: Maintain project documentation and provide advice on procurement strategies.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to health and safety standards and assist with related documentation.
  Experience in surveying, procurement, or construction-related roles.
