What you will do:

  • Support procurement exercises, tendering processes, and contract administration to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed contract registers, procurement records, supplier databases, and e-tendering systems, ensuring they are up-to-date and compliant.
  • Monitor contract milestones, KPIs, supplier performance, and compliance to ensure all targets and regulations are met.
  • Assist with purchase orders, quotations, contract variations, extensions, and renewals, keeping everything on track and in line with company policies.
  • Prepare reports, management information, correspondence, and meeting documentation that provide clear insights and support informed decision-making.
  • Liaise effectively with suppliers, Procurement, Finance, Legal, and internal service teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Ensure the accuracy and maintenance of documentation and records essential for audit and governance purposes.
  • Support compliance with the Procurement Act 2023, along with organisational procurement policies and relevant procedures, ensuring all operations are above board.
