What you will do
- Estate Management: Manage leasehold estates, ensuring accurate rent rolls and best value agreements.
- Asset Disposal: Identify and progress the disposal of surplus assets, including Community Asset Transfers.
- Acquisitions: Support property acquisitions from initial identification through to contract completion.
- Valuation: Undertake valuations in line with accounting standards and provide expert advice.
- Contract Oversight: Manage contracts related to rating reviews and property liabilities.
- Advisory Role: Represent the estates team in meetings, contributing to business cases and strategic decisions.
- Policy Contribution: Support the development of land and property policies and processes.
