What you will do
- Supervise and provide support to approximately 160 Passenger Assistants in the transportation sector.
- Monitor the performance and safety of passenger assistants, addressing any issues or concerns.
- Formulate and implement solutions to enhance safety and streamline operations.
- Oversee the annual appraisal and conduct probationary reports of Passenger Assistants.
- Deliver the Passenger Assistant Training Scheme for both new and existing staff members.
- Consult with schools to manage passenger assistant and student issues effectively.
- Maintain updated records of student and assistant details and monitor route timings.
- Occasionally perform passenger assistant duties, which may include lifting or carrying.
- Manage workloads and schedule appointments with schools, assistants, or parents.
