Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of our clients' largest foodservice accounts, managing relationships across multiple buying points and stakeholder levels.
  • Lead the delivery of the UK brand portfolio strategy within your customer base, driving growth and performance.
  • Identify, develop, and champion Private Label opportunities to maximise commercial success.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, influencing decision‑makers at all levels.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver customer plans and achieve shared business objectives.
  • Use commercial acumen and strategic thinking to identify opportunities for growth and deliver exceptional results.
  • Thrive in a high‑profile role where influencing, negotiation and collaboration are critical to success.

Qualifications

  • Strong foodservice sales experience with exceptional commercial understanding.
  • Branded FMCG background and training, along with some experience of Private Label or end‑to‑end supply‑chain considerations.
  • Demonstrated strong selling and negotiation skills with a proven track record of growing an account.
  • Strong commercial acumen to enable development of robust commercial propositions.
  • Experience working within a multinational leading food business with a strong brand portfolio and Private Label capability.

Benefits

This is a home‑based role with 2–3 days per week in Central London and the rest working from home or at the customer site.

Salary is dependent on experience and includes a car or allowance, strong bonus opportunity, pension, private medical and gym benefits.
