Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the channel strategy for fine foods on‑trade using sector knowledge and existing relationships.
- Own all elements of account management and business development across high‑end and Michelin hotel & restaurant groups.
- Lead commercial negotiations with full P&L responsibility for customers, building long‑lasting relationships with buyers and key contacts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of accounts, their customers and strategies to identify growth opportunities through activation and distribution gains.
- Apply strong negotiation skills, commercial flair, and a passion for the hotel & restaurant sector to drive business success.
- Build and influence relationships with stakeholders, demonstrating excellent communication abilities.
- Use insight and data‑analysis skills to action opportunities and drive profit.
- Organise and plan independently, acting as a self‑starter with a can‑do attitude.
Qualifications
- Experience selling to premium hotels and restaurants is highly desirable.
