SEVENSTORE's Creative and Studio team is looking for a motivated, hands-on Production Assistant to join our Manchester office. The role supports studio and production functions, managing product flow, assisting the Creative Lead on brand campaigns, and contributing to internal creative projects.
Responsibilities
- Daily management of product flow in and out of the studio; log intake numbers and maintain Studio and Product Trackers to provide clear visibility of stock.
- Daily preparation of apparel, footwear, and accessories ahead of e-commerce production; steam apparel to model-ecommerce-ready standard and prep footwear and accessories for still-life shooting.
- Ad-hoc studio support, including collecting deliveries, welcoming visitors at the front desk, processing returns, and helping keep the studio tidy and organised.
- Support the Creative Lead on internal and third-party brand campaigns: coordinate accommodation and travel bookings, research and source locations, and provide flexible assistance with ad-hoc tasks.
- Raise and document all purchase orders, freelance bookings, and creative campaign records in accordance with the Creative Lead’s oversight.
- Assist with post-production budget reporting, submitting weekly receipts for all creative shoots.
- Manage the shoot calendar: track dates, flag conflicts or resourcing gaps, and keep the Creative Lead informed.
- Produce internal creative shoots with a mid-weight photographer and stylist, handling budget, model sourcing, location booking, and on-set operation.
- Act as the key point of contact during campaign shoots, anticipating team needs, resolving on-set queries, and ensuring the shoot day runs smoothly and efficiently.
