Process and manage Housing Benefit, Council Tax Reduction, and Discretionary Support applications, ensuring they are handled promptly and in line with legislation.
Resolve inquiries from residents, landlords, and external agencies regarding housing and council tax matters.
Advise clients on welfare assistance and direct them to appropriate agencies for additional support.
