- Assist team members in identifying and meeting personal development needs through PRD processes.

- Manage key finance responsibilities including budget preparation and monitoring, alongside maintaining and preparing annual accounts.
- Undertake data analysis and present evaluations for managerial consideration.
- If applicable, manage operations involving bank accounts and creditors with compliance to DBS check requirements.
