What you will do:
- Carry out the installation, fault fixing, and maintenance duties of gas central heating systems, ensuring everything aligns with contract and service specifications.
- Provide clients with clear, precise updates on your progress, ensuring they understand the process while keeping detailed daily work records.
- Tackle customer complaints and service breakdowns with optimism, all in accordance with the contract and service specifications.
- Approach problem-solving with a proactive attitude, ensuring solutions are either found or set in motion, with updates provided to clients as agreed.
- Maintain all tools and equipment in excellent condition, replenishing stocks when necessary as per agreed requisition procedures and budgets.
- Participate in special projects and change programmes that support the overall objectives of the Group.
Requirements:
- A current Gas Safe registration.
- An ACS Natural Gas Domestic qualification.
- A full, current driving licence.
- Proven experience in working to deadlines and prioritising workloads effectively.
- Demonstrated ability to analyse, diagnose issues, and implement effective solutions.
- Working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation application.
- Recent hands-on experience in a similar role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of gas heating system installation, servicing, and maintenance.
