- Support access to education sessions, meetings, appointments, and activities.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, lecturers, clinicians, and other professionals.
- Adapt communication approaches to suit individual and situational needs.
- Assist with developing accessible materials where required.
- Encourage self-advocacy and promote independence.
- Provide appropriate emotional support linked to communication barriers.
- Maintain professional boundaries and strict confidentiality.
- Keep accurate records and contribute to reports when needed.
