Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the annual review schedule for the entire school, ensuring timely communication with staff, parents and external agencies.
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and manage all annual review paperwork.
  • Produce the school’s newsletter, reflecting the community, its values and activities.
  • Maintain the school’s website, keeping content accurate, up to date and accessible.
  • Carry out general office duties such as word‑processing, photocopying and reception work.
  • Work collaboratively within the staff team to provide high‑quality support to the school.

Qualifications

  • Excellent IT skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, maintain confidentiality and be flexible to meet workload demands.
  • Calm, friendly and positive approach to students, demonstrating commitment to a caring school community.
