What you will do
- Conduct assessments for adults at risk to determine their needs and make necessary referrals.
- Work collaboratively with various agencies to develop and implement effective safeguarding plans.
- Provide support and guidance to individuals and families accessing social care services.
- Maintain accurate records and prepare detailed reports in compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Participate in team meetings and provide insights to improve service delivery standards.
Requirements for the Social Worker role
- A degree or equivalent qualification in Social Work.
- Active registration with Social Work England.
- Considerable frontline experience within UK Social Services as a qualified Social Worker.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
