What you will do
- Conduct electrical tests, surveys, and inspections, maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.
- Perform portable appliance testing and produce detailed, accurate reports as required.
- Provide electrical repairs and maintenance services to residents, internal staff, and partners.
- Work collaboratively within the Direct Repairs team, ensuring timely and professional service delivery.
- Occasionally support on-call obligations to enhance your earnings and experience.
Requirements
- An NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation Qualification with AM2 or equivalent credentials as listed above.
- A City and Guilds qualification in Periodic Inspection and Testing or equivalent.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the 18th Edition of the Wiring Regulations.
- A robust five years of experience in electrical maintenance or installation.
- A full UK driving licence with a clean record.
