WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will be taken through a structured, high-expectation training programme designed to build high-performing consultants, not just fill desks. You will learn how to:

  • Market talent effectively and credibly
  • Develop confidence on client and business development calls
  • Manage search processes end to end
  • Understand how executive decisions are made

As you progress, you will be trained in retained search, negotiation, talent strategy, and senior stakeholder engagement.
