Sales Manager

Location: London, United Kingdom (open to other locations for the right person)

Compensation: £70,000 to £90,000 basic, plus bonus, plus car or allowance etc

Our client offers a wide range of heat pumps, chillers, fans, condensers, dry coolers, and close control units suitable for various applications and used in hospitality, office buildings, healthcare, food retail, airports and data centres. These are products and solutions renowned for their quality and backed by a strong service partner network and global headquarters.

We are looking for an ambitious and talented individual who wants to be part of growing the UK operation and who has a substantial investment in place, meaning a commitment to the company's mission and goals and a desire to further build the UK and European market.

Our client offers to work with cutting-edge, environmentally friendly HVACR solutions, including innovative and sustainable heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems, and a career opportunity within a dynamic, global organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents (specifically those in the HVAC and refrigeration industry), consultants (with expertise in HVAC technologies), contractors and end users.
  • Drive sales growth through strategic market penetration and partnerships.
  • Provide accurate forecasts and achieve sales targets.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration sales.
  • Experience working within a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and sales channels such as Heating & Air conditioning (consultants and contractors).
  • Someone with experience selling HVAC solutions in the data centre industry would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Ambitious, results-orientated, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
