Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents (specifically those in the HVAC and refrigeration industry), consultants (with expertise in HVAC technologies), contractors and end users.
- Drive sales growth through strategic market penetration and partnerships.
- Provide accurate forecasts and achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration sales.
- Experience working within a fast-moving and dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC technologies and sales channels such as Heating & Air conditioning (consultants and contractors).
- Someone with experience selling HVAC solutions in the data centre industry would be advantageous but not essential.
- Ambitious, results-orientated, but also a team player able to work in and with a team.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
