WHO WE LOOK FOR

We do not hire from a checklist. We hire based on character and desire. The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years’ experience in recruitment, sales, or a commercially demanding environment. What matters is evidence of:

  • Commercial drive and resilience
  • Confidence and credibility in client or candidate interactions
  • Exposure to performance targets, commission structures, and accountability
  • Competitive or team-based backgrounds (sport, high-performance environments, societies, or leadership roles)
  • A demonstrated ability to commit, persist, and improve
  • A degree is preferred but not essential.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN

You will join a structured, high-expectation training programme designed to build executive search consultants—not transactional recruiters. You will be trained to:

  • Source and engage senior candidates
  • Conduct structured, professional executive interviews
  • Market talent credibly and strategically
  • Develop confidence on client and business development calls
  • Manage end-to-end search processes
  • Understand how senior commercial and leadership decisions are made

As you progress, you will be trained in retained search, negotiation, talent strategy, and senior stakeholder advisory.
