Role Purpose: Responsible for achieving revenue targets and market growth across your designated region and managing customer relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and delivering high-quality ventilation solutions to customers in commercial and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales activities within the assigned region, including prospecting, lead generation, pipeline management, and closing sales for our products, services and solutions.
  • Deliver ambitious but achievable monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and consultants. Ensure customer satisfaction and build long-term business partnerships.
  • Implement regional sales strategies and marketing initiatives to meet or exceed sales targets. Work closely with the UK sales managers and marketing team to align regional goals with company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities and untapped markets within the region. Develop strategies to capture new clients and expand market share.
  • Conduct regular market research and exploration of new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of ventilation products, systems, and industry trends. Be able to consult with customers on technical specifications, product applications, and compliance standards.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
  • Ensure accurate and timely sales data is entered into CRM systems.
  • Lead contract negotiations, finalise pricing, terms, and close deals while ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies.

Quality and process improvement:

  • Analyse, identify and manage opportunities and improvements across all business functions.
  • Apply rigorous quality control measures to ensure high-quality, customer-centric sales approaches.
  • Utilise our CRM system to ensure that key customer and stakeholder information is collected and maintained.
  • Collate and analyse customer feedback from your region to ensure that the highest standards of customer satisfaction are reached and maintained and identify opportunities for development.

Personal Specification:

  • Degree in business administration, engineering or related field.
  • Knowledge of energy-efficient ventilation technologies and sustainable building practices.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in sales or HVAC-related disciplines or selling in complex buying decision environments.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of the industry, competitors, and market trends to identify opportunities and position products effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving capability to quickly address challenges, whether it's a sales obstacle or customer issue.
  • Efficiently managing multiple priorities, deadlines, and sales processes to maximize productivity.
  • Being flexible in managing different personalities, business environments, and sales strategies.
  • Experience of managing a sales pipeline.
