About the Role:
We are seeking a high-performing Key Account Manager β Data Centre Sales to drive strategic growth of HVAC solutions across the UK data centre market. This is a fast-paced, target-driven commercial role focused on selling into data centres and colocation providers, building long-term relationships with hyperscalers, consultants, and major contractors. The position offers a strong base salary with an uncapped, highly lucrative bonus structure tied directly to revenue and margin performance within a global, market-leading organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, target, and win new HVAC opportunities within data centres and colocation operators across London and the wider UK.
- Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and specification through to contract close.
- Develop and execute strategic account growth plans.
- Drive revenue, margin, and market share within the mission-critical / data centre vertical while meeting ambitious quarterly targets.
Key Account Management
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with data centre owners, colocation providers, consultants, and project stakeholders.
- Act as the primary commercial point of contact for assigned enterprise and hyperscale accounts.
- Deliver tailored technical and commercial proposals aligned with client requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and framework agreements within tight timelines.
Market & Technical Engagement
- Maintain strong understanding of data centre cooling technologies, sustainability trends, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal engineering and technical teams to deliver high-value HVAC solutions.
- Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums within the data centre and colocation sector.
Collaboration & Reporting
- Work closely with pre-sales, project delivery, and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Experience
