Agent / Business Development Manager
Commercial Air Conditioning Sector – Applied Products such as Chillers, Fan Coil Units and Water Source Heat Pumps
Based: London & UK Wide
£ Uncapped Commission paid on contract value including installation
Our client is a global leader in the manufacture and distribution of environmentally balanced and reliable air conditioning systems. They have production units all around the world and sales globally are in excess of £500m.
My client has one of the widest product ranges and distribution networks in the HVAC Industry. My client is offering a fully exclusive geographical area as well as product and system training including contract visits as necessary.
They are now seeking to build up a good sales base in the UK and for the right individual they are very flexible how the UK market is built up. Full support will be given in terms of front and back office, marketing support as well as pricing support whilst getting established.
The successful applicant could even build up a sub agent network in the UK market.
They are not presently in the UK market so you would have a unique offering of a wide range of products which include; Water Terminal Units, Controls, Air Handling Units, Rooftops, Water Source Heat Pumps, Air Cooled Chillers, Water Cooled Chillers, Close Control, Water Heaters and VRF.

The Role:
- Be a representative of a leading manufacturer of air conditioning products.
- You will be in charge of UK Sales with a strong focus on Greater London ideally.
- You will be responsible for securing specification and contractor sales or just contractor sales.
- Core Products are Chillers up to 1500KW both Air Cooled and Water Cooled, Water Source Heat Pump Units, Fan Coil Units. They also sell Air Handling Units and VRF.
- The manufacturer will take care of order entry, invoicing, collection etc.
- Using their front and back-office support, professional literature in electronic and hard copy you will be a professional representation of my client.
The Requirements:
- Experience in a business environment, preferably with ‘commercial products’ involvement.
- This opportunity requires a highly driven and very ambitious individual.
- Must be an excellent communicator both written and oral.
- Desired are applicants that have experience in Commercial Air Conditioning market so products such as; VRF, Chillers, Air Handling Units, Grilles, Diffusers, Chilled Beams, Commercial Heating Products, Heat Pumps, Close Control and Roof Top Sales.
- This is an opportunity to build a strong UK presence with the backing a world leader in the Air Conditioning Market.
- You will have strong negotiation and closing skills.
- People with allied product experience will be considered so; Grilles, Diffusers, Chilled Beams and Ventilation are also ideal backgrounds.
Ideally they would like someone who could handle selling all their products covering an Area or whole of UK. Sub-contracting of an agent network is also possible.
