The Head of Sales role
- Lead and execute the UK and Ireland commercial strategy to drive sales growth, distribution and customer performance.
- Manage, coach and develop the UK sales team, setting clear priorities and building a high-performing commercial function. You will manage a team of 3 direct reports.
- The
Head of Sales will lead by example and managed the companies largest key grocery & specialist retailers in full, including negotiating commercial agreements and Joint Business Plans.
Ideal Head of Sales candidate
- This person MUST come from an FMCG sales background, ideally in an SME / Challenger brand environment.
- Not afraid to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in – you will have your own account management responsibilities whilst leading a team.
- A strong background managing UK retail customers – predominantly top 6 customers.
