We are recruiting Care workers to join our friendly team in the Sutton Coldfield and surrounding areas, caring for older adults living in your local community. Job Role
The role is community based and includes providing support and personal care for people in their own homes to help them to be safe and independent. Duties are varied and include:
- Personal care
- Medication support
- Meal preparation
- Domestic duties
Pay Rates & Benefits
- £13 per hour (we do not pay per minute like many other home care providers) we pay 30p per mile
- Paid holidays
- Enhanced DBS paid for by the company
- Free company uniform
- Free training, experience is not essential for this role as we provide a specialised induction training programme and ongoing support, additional training, and guidance for our staff
